Hello, So I won a giveaway from the official Halo twitter, it was about 8 months ago.
Didnt receive the Prize yet and I feel like it was a fake giveaway for retweets.
They are not responding to my dms anymore

Ok. Looking it up. Are you 100% sure it was official Halo related. The only giveaway I could find linking onto that account was one done by a random youtuber which happened in February(specifically between the 20th and 22nd). Which I think 343i cant help you with sadly, you would need to discuss with the actual distributor of the giveaway.
Plus in the timeframe you gave there was no Giveaways on the Official Halo twitter. I even kept the search parameters wide. And have a brief memory of that time period as I read twitter a lot in that period of time.
Unless I somehow missed something please show the proof of it. Always helpful to see regardless

Yes it was from the official Halo twitter and im pretty sure, you can see on my followers list, they are following me.

also, it was at 3/21/2016 and I won it at 3/30/2016

Ok looking it up. I did find a couple giveaways on the 20th. Thanks for the more exact details. But the closing date was the 20. And a 10 day lag time is unlike many giveaways.

Did you respond to the DM they sent you? Like I mean on the day you actually won and did they respond? Or did you get the message late, cause if you did. The prize might of been given to someone else due to them not reaching you ^^’
Your account is also set to private right now which might of probably negated your chances of getting the prize if it was private during the Sweepstakes(it was also why I had a hard time finding any details on this). It was listed in the pdf linked in the tweet for it not go be.(the pdf is pretty much the same regardless of what prize it was)

Yes I responded to the dm, I gave them my address and everything, we dmed for over a month about it and tracked it.
I told them how come it didnt arrive yet, they have seen the message and didnt respond. There is nothing wrong with my address, I ordered tons of things on this address so there is no way that it went to another address.
it doesnt matter if my account is private, it’s been private all the time. They followed me to send dms
