For those wondering whether or not the Halo TV show – announced a year ago @E3 – still exists fear no more!
A user on Neogaf had a bad feeling – with Frankie aka Stinkles allying the concerns:

I think steven spielberg is making it, which is a thrill, hope it e3 announces it, Steven already said last year it was in production or something but instead they just gave us nightfall for MCC, maybe steven is making one for halo 5??? Actually, of course he is
Anyone who want to follow MS conference on June 15 should pack a few pants. It seems one of the greatest Halo event is coming on next Monday.

After all the excellent shows in TV in the recent time… I really want a good Halo series - I might not be an easy task but it’s definitely something that could work!
Just hire those Hunt The Truth writers and we have a good start

Only xbox fans can enjoy Halo…making a TV series is the perfect way to show Halo to a much much much more larger audience. The fanbase will increase and Halo will be grow in popularity.
Then they can perhaps release Halo on the big screen as a movie
