Hello guys, I was wondering how the hell 343i could make a tv series of Halo and who the hell could they work with to make an entire series properly regarding Halo. Give your thoughts and so maybe we could at least imagine how cool it would be.
There’s one in the works, I’ve not read into who’s producing it or anything like that but it’s definitely confirmed.
Well the Halo universe so big that they could make movies of the game. I mean if we had a tv show that took place from the time Chief dawned his armor for the first time to when lands on Installation 04 in Halo CE, i bet we could have at least a 10 season show right there. Plus Halo is a pretty big game and since it’s publisher is Microsoft I don’t think finding someone to make it or a platform to air the show is gonna be a problem.

That… honestly disappoints me. The Master Chief isn’t that interesting of a character and there are dozens of other amazing characters out there that don’t have to be in the front-lines constantly fighting whatever threat-of-the-day there is.
Plus hundreds of people will likely complain that they “have to watch the TV show to understand what the Master Chief is doing between games” when Halo 6 or whatever comes out.

I agree, don’t get me wrong I would love to see MC and the Spartans but more like a special moment or pivotal battle. They were these legends, myths… ghosts… rumors and I like that notion to be the premise in the tv series. Honestly i rather see ODSTs be the focus with a sprinkle of Spartans here and three maybe until the last episode and then bring the big guns in.
As long as it’s not yet another iteration of the Fall of Reach. That story has been done ad nauseam.
I was hoping for a drama based in the Halo universe surrounding the child abductions and ODSTs. Then feeding into the early days of the war from multiple POVs.
In reality due to attracting viewers and budget constraints, it would most likely be surrounding Blue Team and their adventures with some characters we know peppered in. Though, I just don’t think that they are characters that are human enough for the average viewer to care about.

From everything that I’ve read about the show I have good faith that they’ll do us, the fans, justice in staying true to the lore. In regards to Master Chief to being a lead character, I believe just as Game of Thrones has many lead characters, some which aren’t in every single episode, I think the ahow will work like that format. So MC won’t be over used and long as Steve Downes voice acts all will be good.
The show has good people working on it and say the are keeping contact with Microsoft and 343 to make sure the get the lore right! All I can say is 2020 cant get hear soon enough and fingers crossed no more delays!!
