Stacker is a marine who somehow finds his way into every halo campaign. He has gruff voice, says funny stuff and is voiced by the guy who does Captain Keyes. And as for Reach, well, the surface was glassed by the covenant but Dr. Halsey and some surviving Spartan-IIs were able to hide in a deep underground bunker known as Castle Facility. Chief returned to look for surviving spartans and rescued Blue team.

I meant in terms of the mission and final cut scene. Both including a mission driving a Warthog with the scene exploding/collapsing around you as you race to get to a ship of some sort and escape, and Master Chief and Cortana floating in space as the game comes to a close
