It’s probably Halo 2 anniversary.
Wow… I love the idea of Halo games releasing every year or two… But remakes? No… I still have the originals… I only bought Halo CEA for the maps…
I never throw/sell any of my games. 
Doesn’t really matters, anyways… I’m done with Console gaming.

The title of this thread should be , “Halo trilogy remake”…
Interesting how that guy said remake, I wonder if it was something he mistakenly said, or if it really is a remake, because if that’s the case, there is no doubt in my mind it’s halo 2.

I agree, before I added the quote I forgot he actually said remake. And Ryse is being developed by Crytek, Black Tusk’s new FPS title will probably be around launch though.

I bet if they are remaking halo 2 people are gona -Yoink- their pants thinking “YES gold ol halo 2 mp!” but then they will be dissapointed because it will be halo 5’s MP just with a halo 2 campaign remake.
Same thing happend with CEA even though bungie/343 was very clear it would be reaches MP before it launched.

I believe their reasoning was that the original for xbox had no online play so they just added a moded MP to reach. I really hope Halo 2 isn’t tacked on Halo 5, I never got to play it online back in the day. I only did LAN
A Halo 3 remake is silly, although I would buy the Halo 2 remake without hesitance. I like the Halo 2 campaign.

Yeah I sort of figured that would happen, but hey at least it looks original.

As would I, I doubt they’ll cut 360 live support that quickly and having 2 Halo 3s to play is unneeded imo. A Halo 2 remake is somewhat justified

I personally wouldn’t be buying halo 2 for the campaign…

A Halo 2 remake would be awesome, imagine, the classic Halo 2 campaign (still the best to me) with some decent graphics.
