I bought one year ago an xbox one with the game Halo TMCC and didn’t enter the code until today.
When I entered the code it said that has been used already.
I didn’t used it, that’s for sure.
How can i solve this problem?

Secondly, if it says that the code has been used, it has been used.
Are you sure you typed the code in correctly? If you did and it still says that it has been used, someone else has claimed it.
I would try contacting the support of microsoft.

As KryptoFox mentioned above, make sure that you’re typing the code in correctly and contact Xbox Live Support if you’re still having issues. They may be able to look into that further for you. Where did you buy the game from?
