So at this moment I looking into the teambeyond.net info about this spring showdown event. One of the requirements however has to be that you live in the united states. While that does bug me it did raise a question in my mind.
Has there or will there be tournaments held for us UK residents to enter or global ones for that matter?
I don’t know about you but playing games to win prizes is a brilliant idea and I’d love to take part in one!
As a resident of the UK (and feeling like I’m the only Halo fan in my area), I feel as if this would be a great idea. I personally think that Halo needs a much better presence within the UK.
I’ve even looked on different gaming-based websites (i.e. clan hosting sites), social media (i.e. Facebook) and so on for UK based Halo fanpages and I’ve only found one that is centred around Halo cosplay. I’ve even been tempted to try opening up a Halo fan page for UK-based fans on Facebook (I haven’t attempted it yet but if the UK fanbase for Halo declines more than it already has, I may end up going to that extreme.)

Wow I didn’t think it was that bad for us UK residents…and trust me. I feel the same in the regard of been the only halo fan in my area. If you do end up creating a fan page or anything letme know! I would join up.
