Ace Combat 7 for the PC has, rather unintentionally, turned out to be relatively easy to mod, in-particular with replacing skins.
Now that the 3 DLC aircraft for the title are out, one modder has created a set of UNSC/ONI/Spartan/ODST themed skins for the fictional aircraft that are series stalwarts - The X-02, ADFX-1 Morgan, ADF-1 FALKEN and the new comer ADF-11F Raven.
So here’s an Imgur linky to some 4K shots I took with some special free cam tools (No official photo mode here).
The star of the show has to be the ADF-11F Raven though.
Honestly, it doesn’t look too out of place amongst the classic Halo art style, in-particular the Halo 3/Reach era.
Grim noted a similarity to the F-99 Wombat of ODST, and whilst they are both UAV’s, the Raven does lift design elements from their much older Falken design (Ace Combat 2 1997). Maybe Bungie were the ones who found a little inspiration~
I do believe it looks less out of place than the Broadsword. =p
