Halo 2 Co-op not working properly. Halo 2 Co-op on level Regret, when you get towards the end it’ll kick you out to the main menu saying that there was a connection error, this has now happened 7 times. Multi-player still not working.

*Halo 2: Anniversary Kill-Cam helmet graphic is not aligned properly.
*Similarly, Halo 4’s overlays are not aligned properly (kill-cam helmet graphic, score at the end of the match, etc)
*Medals earned in multiplayer are not counting towards any of the medal related achievements.
After the latest “update”, 75% of the Halo 3 games I play, I GET SPAWNED LATE! Everyone else spawns and gets weapons, then I spawn. Not my connection. It’s 343. Fix it. Now.

Halo 4, terminals 3 and 4, won’t register under my achievements. I’ve tried everything. Help!
Just bought the game digitally yesterday. I have no main menu, just the blue background planets and music. I cant even play anything? Any way to fix this?
HCEA: after grenade explosion guns sometimes get stuck in the walls. They spin along a random axis and make a terrible sound like metal bouncing on metal 20 times a second. This bug was in the Xbox 360 version of anniversary also.
HCEA: playing the campaign co op sometimes saves the progress. But not always. Also I plyed the whole campaign on single player but it does not say I played Library but I did get the achievement for completing the campaign on normal.
HCEA: terrible audio levels for cutscenes. The dialog is way low and the music is way high. This was also in the Xbox 360 version as well.
HCEA: plasma pistal charging sound out of the blue randomly.
Issue’s i found as far for Nightfall is watching all episode’s and getting all 8 unlock’s even the season unlock and nothing in game unlock’s not the swarm skull or emblems or armor preset. Kinda sad really that this is happening.
Lost all my PLAYLIST checkpoints, including LASO 
Hello, I have the digital version of HMCC. I started to play campaign on Legendary and got pretty far on Halo CE but now when I try to resume the game it loads and then closes, taking me back to the Xbox Home. Has this happened to anyone else and if so, what can I do to fix it???

I noticed that in HCEA, local co-op mode, that medals (especially headshots) are counted for the host (player 1) even when he/she doesn’t make the headshot. (So player two makes it).
This probably happens in the other Halo games in the MCC as well (although I didn’t check this for all the halo games). I noticed this when checking my record. Most of the time I play as the second player and get most headshots each level (consistent). Also I play a lot more than the player(s) 1 (weird I know), but I do and in the career stats I had less headshots than my friends (the player(s) 1).
Could this be fixed or at least investigated?

For the bug that won’t load missions— I signed out of my profile and signed back in and then it loaded
I get so tired of this bug… when ever I play halo four (the main mission only) my played seems to have disappeared. But when ever i shoot his gun appears for a split second. And the when i try to aim i zoom in but there is nothing there. What do i do? please help because this has stopped me from playing that game for along time.

I still cant play multiplayer mode till now last month I could play halo multiplayer mode but the after I stop playing for an hour I came back and play but it said ‘multiplayer is not allowed’ I cant play till now I try everything but it wont let me play please fix this problem I really like halo so dont ruin the game for me
All games: Terminals unlocked but nothing plays in the Halo channel (slightly separate issue but since the channels forced on us to watch them thought I’d throw it in too)
Halo 2/3: Scorpion Tank major stuttering with the animation
Movies skipping/missing, pauses on a black screen for a good 5/10 seconds then just moves on
Halo 3: Doors don’t unlock to control room on final mission
Same mission don’t get any of the dialogue from Cortana or the Gravemind at the start after landing
Enemies have no targetable areas i.e. reticule stays blue never goes red and also they are invulnerable; grenades, weapons, auto turrets or melee will not kill them.
And that’s it so far for me
Matchmaking is still very very very very buggy. When I search for a match I have to retry by pressing “B” and reselecting the Playlist I want to play at least 7 or 8 times. this must not happen anymore, fix it!!! Matchmaking must ALWAYS work! It should be very rare that I have to retry for it.
