Halo The Fall Of Reach won't stop buffering

So I have an issue playing Halo The Fall Of Reach on the Halo Channel. The videos never stop buffering. I have no issues with anything else on the Halo channel or on YouTube, Netflix, XBL, etc.

Anyone else with this issue?

I haven’t been able to see any episode since day one. I always get an error message to try at a later time, even thou I can see other videos thru the channel.
