Halo Surveys never work for me.

Just a heads up. The recent Halo surveys aren’t working for me. First there was no link, then I got a ‘quota reached’ message. Then I got another survey invite and was sent to a ‘survey not active’ screen.
I would really like to answer any Halo surveys, but it is very difficult.
