I’ve been trying for the last week to log into halo way point support, but everytime I do it redirects me to a new page with a blank white screen. The link om the blank page says that there’s an error, user is invalid, and my email has already been taken.
Thing is, I can sign on to regular halo waypoint just fine and I’m not trying to create a profile, just log in as I have before, can anyone help me?

Support.halowaypoint.com. then when I sign in, it changes to one saying error, email address already taken.
Try using another browser / device or using private browsing mode
I tried using an incognito browser, an ipad Chrome and Safari web app, and two different android phones. I’ve reached out to halo support on a different profile in which they then tell me to reach out to Microsoft, I’ve reached out to Microsoft who then tell me to reach out to Halo support.

I was experiencing this too, then I cleared my cookies for HaloWaypoint.com and it worked. Try clearing cookies.
