Do you have any superstitions while playing Halo? Not actual superstitions, but you know; little things you do that you feel may bring you prosperity even though there is no way it has anything to do with the actual game?
For instance, here are some of mine:
–Being on Blue Team is good luck.
–Having teammates with similar armor or the same helmet is good luck.
–Teammates with gamertags like this: xXX13374LIF369ROFL420XXx are bad luck.
–Earning “First Strike” is good luck.

Geez, I never really thought of this, but I guess I do!
If I’m ever on the same-color team 3 times or more in a row, I take as a sense of good fortune. I don’t know. 
But I have a feeling that I’m gonna start picking up yours on the virtual battlefield know that I’ve read them…

You shouldn’t, it may backfire. I noticed that whenever I get the “First Strike” medal, it boosts my morale and I play well. NOW, I try to get the first kill to reclaim that little confidence boost, I run out to be the first and usually get killed by more patient, less ambitious players.
Yeah…ever since I got that ‘Assault’ stance, I didn’t feel like getting First Strike was all that important any more. But confidence boosters are good,and I could use 'em! (This might be because I’m SR-110 and still don’t trust myself with a Sniper Rifle. :P)
I always feel a sense of dread when I got into a warthog with someone whose service tag says YOLO.

Having somebody on my team quitting when the other team gets a 5 kill lead in Team Slayer means I’m gonna lose.
If when I start a game and from our spawn I only see one other yellow dot on my motion tracker go running off somewhere its gonna be a bad game.
