I is buyed HaLo:spartan strike by chinese on windows 10,but it is not downloded.please,tell me what to do?
It should work on Windows 10 as far I know. Do you get any error messages when you try and download it from the store? It might be worth contacting Microsoft / Windows Support if that is the case

If it’s still asking you to purchase then something may have gone wrong. Have you checked to see if you were charged for the game? I would contact the store support about your issue, it could be something billing related. There should be a help section in the store app where you can contact them
