I love playing the game but the only thing I wish could do is once I buy the game should be able to play it on my Xbox 360,one and pc, without buying it again for a different system. I know they are doing that with Halo: Spartan Strike witch is awesome.
As far as I have heard, the cross buy for Spartan Strike is only between Windows Phone 8 and Windows 8.1. The Steam version will still cost extra. This is the same behavior as Spartan Assault. The freeness between Win 8 and WP8 comes from the new Universal App system. It does not yet apply to 360 or One.
There has been no announcement of a 360 or One version of Spartan Strike. If it is released, I expect a player will need to buy each version. Perhaps it will be at a discount if the player has already purchased the Win 8 / WP8 version, as was the case with Spartan Assault.
