Halo Spartan Assault won't work on my ipad

I got the app early today and everytime I try to start it it will play the opening video to the Microsoft logo then goes back to the home menu and won’t ever go any farther and if I try to skip th videos it goes straight back to the home screen. Anyone having the same probplems?

I BOUGHT the bundle containing both games, and neither will load on my iPad Pro. Need a fix or a refund ASAP

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game?
