The game downloaded fine, but when it came to installing it just froze. Phone has all current updates for Windows 8.1. Game starts installing, gets about halfway through and stops. It says that there is a problem that it can not identify. Any clues? Or how do you get Microsoft to give you a credit that can be used for something that actually works?
