Got my new xbox one, downloaded halo spartan assault. Looked around the menses a bit and noticed the aspect ratio was off even though I set it onto e settings menu already, but that’s not my issue. I decided to play the tutorial and after getting my score it went to a loading screen. This is the problem, on the loading screen it has stayed for then apst day and is still stuck there. I launched 15 apps trying to get the xbox one not to remember where I left off and go back to the title screen with no luck, even after rebooting several times it still goes right back to this loading screen and I can’t do anything at all. I can’t uninstall the game and reinstall either because the I can’t seem to bean le to do that on the xbox one. What can I do to get off this loading screen and play? I have waited four hours before rebooting once so waiting it out doesn’t do a thing.

Well I reinstalled it completely, now when I boot the game it gets through the screens with 343, vanguard, etc then this blue screen with a UNSC logo and just says connecting … I have waited over an hour for it to connect. And I am certain my internet is fine as my download speed is currently 1.5mb/s up/down give or take and I have no ping issues connecting to Asian, Australian, and European cloud serves. I am in the US in Florida.
I am simply at a loss for this game and I guess I’ll just wait for some support. Relaunching it had no effect it just stays on this connecting screen endlessly.

No I did not contact xbox live support, I saw how to reinstall the game on the FAQ section or something similar. I’m unsure what to contact them about. I’m playing halo 4, cod ghosts, on the 360 just fine online. And battelfield 4 online just fine on the Xbox one. Only this game is haveing problems for me.
TBT Mr Galaxy, try this: On the “Home” screen, if you highlight the tile of a running app and hit the “Menu” button, the pop-up menu will have a “Quit” option. Try that to restart the game without rebooting the console.
