When ever i launch the game through steam it freezes and just hangs even when i get to the start the game area is there anything that i can do? im running windows 7 64 bit. Or could steam have something to do with it?

Could you please post your dxdiag? Instructions on how to collect your dxdiag for Windows 7 are below:
[/li]- Run “CMD” on Windows 7. You can do this by pressing the Windows key to bring up the start menu. Then type “Run”.
- Once that opens, type “CMD” into the dialogue box and press enter.
- This will bring up the system command. Type “DxDiag” and press enter again.
- Click “Save All Information”. Save the file.
- Open the file, copy the information, share it here.
