I have Halo Spartan Assault on Xbox 360,windows 8 phone and windows 8 PC. I complete a few missions on Xbox 360 and proceed to check my file on Xbox 360 version (Halo Waypoint), and enter flying colors code. It will say ‘locked.’ I then go to Halo Spartan Assault, and it will say I completed a few missions. I then attempt to enter the code and it will still say ‘locked.’ This same error occurs with the other codes when I have the achievements for all the codes but one. ALL codes are locked. I would appreciate anyone’s insight into this matter. Thanks in advance.
Very odd. Are you using these codes? Based on your Service Record, the Flying Colors code (Xbox One and 360 only) should work since you have a completed Xbox 360 mission there.
And looking at your Windows Phone 8 achievements, you should be able to also unlock the Recruit and Prodigy codes. You need to unlock Powered by MJOLNIR on either Win 8 or WP8 for Able Spartan. I can’t bring up your Win 8 achievements because there is currently a bug with Spartan Assault Win 8 not showing up on xbox.com.
I reattempted entering the codes you listed, with the exception of Able Spartan. Still no luck, they are still locked. I appreciate you taking the time to help. It would be great if anyone can tell me how to fix this problem.
I think I see the problem now. According to your achievement list and your service record, you’ve never played Halo 4. I recall reading that the codes won’t work until you start Halo 4. Except for some concept art, all of the rewards are for Halo 4.
It sounds like you’ve found a correct place to enter codes. But if you want to enter them via the web, you can visit the classified site.
It worked! I loaded up Halo 4, and played the first mission, and proceeded to enter the codes. The codes I earned are now all unlocked. Thank you for your help!
