So i like hunting for achievements when i have the time, especially on Halo games. But Halo Spartan Assault is giving me trouble. I complete what it asks and no achievement unlocks. I played the game first on a friends Xbox One and earned a few achievements on that. Then when it released for the 360 it wouldn’t unlock any. I left the game then came back and the ones i earned started popping randomly. After that they no longer unlocked. I tried calling Xbox support and they couldn’t figure it out. They ran me through the standard clear cache, delete profile, re download game and profile, etc. Now it randomly erases my saves. Then re-appears again. Sometimes even calls my game a trial edition. Any ideas on how to help please?
Are you playing on the 360 console that you originally downloaded the game to (probably your main home console)? There is apparently a bug where you can only unlock achievements on the console that owns the license. More details in this post.
I haven’t heard of issues with lost progress or reverting to the trial version. The latter sounds like it also could be a license issue.
