I have been having the most annoying moments in halo 5 where I here shoots but they sound like there on the other side of the map but it turns it’s a guy shorting at me or my teammate right behind me but because I think it’s on the other side of the map And so I just run to a corner to turn around fire right back turns out the man is right behind so then you telling me this man was shooting at us from three feet away and it sounded like it was on the other hell no man if maxes my sfx and my game volume and my headphone and all that does is make my ears bleed.

I haven’t really had too much issue with sound on H5.
I use a pair of Astro A40 TR headphones and works well.
If you’re having issues with sound it may just be a case of tweaking audio settings on your Game, Console, TV or Headphones etc.
I can’t remember exactly if H5 specifically has a headphone or TV Audio mixes available but it’s worth checking to see what your settings are
I haven’t had problems with sound either. I don’t have any headphones for game sounds, I just use the speaker setup for my TV.
Sounds are fine in H5.
When I shoot the CE Magnum it sounds dull but that doesn’t matter because everyone else sounds loud and clear.
