I purchased the Ultimate Edition version of Halo Wars 2 and I redeemed the code for my Halo Wars DE and the HW2 Season Pass but when I go to “Manage Game” for Halo Wars 2 I don’t see the file for the Season Pass.
Is there supposed to be one? I want to make sure I have it.

Same issue here but I purchased the PC version as it worked out cheaper. Games appear on the Xbox for install but season pass is still £24.99. I presume as it’s playanywhere it should be showing free regardless?
I have this problem too. I bought the Ultimate Edition for PC (disks) which allowed me to install on my xbox one, I have everything installed apart from the season pass which still shows as £24.99 on the Xbox store, on the windows store in my account it says I own it? Surely this isn’t right?

I heard people were having problems with that. Sorry 
The season pass is just there saying you do own it. Since there is nothing out currently for you to download with the season pass you will not have anything to download or ready to download. Once the first bit of dlc that comes out under the season pass it will show up just like normal. I do not think this is anything to really worry about. Atleast not until the first dlc that is supposed to be included in the season pass comes out and you still do not have it in your ready to download.

No, this is wrong. I have spoken with Microsoft chat support twice now and they have said this is a known problem & they have had many people approach them with the same problem. I have been informed to wait until a fix is done & once there is one it will appear in my ready to download section on my Xbox one. If it isn’t fixed in a week I have been told to contact them again. I would suggest everyone that has this problem to log it with live support to 1: let them know about it & 2: get a support ticket number. This is VERY annoying.

Right, I’m fed up now my patience has gone. I’m gonna talk with customer service and demand my season pass that I paid for. Will let you know the outcome.

There is no content available / nothing to download yet so what you’re seeing/experiencing is normal, expected behavior. The good news is that the first DLC content drop is almost here - the new UNSC leader, Kinsano, should be coming out next week.
