Halo says I'm offline even though I'm not

Halo 5 says I’m offline no matter what I do even though Xbox live says I’m connected and I can do plenty of other things online. I’ve done a hard reset, reset the MAC address, etc. It seems like this isn’t a super common problem but I can find instances of it happening with other people, just can’t seem to find a solution for it. Any ideas?

Try these two options:

  • Clear your alternate MAC address through your console’s advanced network settings - Restarting your internet router

Sometimes its just a glitch in the system

Thanks for both of the replies I’ve tried resetting good the Mac address, hard rebooting the console and the router and the modem and nothing has worked .I’m assuming it’s got to be a problem on my end because it’s been doing it for a few months now.
