I demand that the REQ system gets fixed. I bought a warzone REQ bundle back in flicking December 15th and didn’t get it until April 12th and I only got t because I kept calling and complaining. Now I’ve played the Warzone Fire Fight Beta and I got 5,000 REQ points so I got a silver pack and it closed it with a message saying it can’t be opened (not showing any rewards), it told me to try later. So I tried a moment later and it said I couldn’t open the pack because it had been opened. I did not receive any rewards and I’ve lost money several times because of your stupid glitches. I hate that I have to go to a forum to complain since 343 does not have any other form of customer support. This is infuriating!!! Nearly 6 months for a REQ pack then I don’t even get the fracking pack after spending time to get it!!! Which I don’t know about y’all but I think that’s pretty damn broken. Stop focusing on adding so much and get on the bugs you have now.

Sorry to hear about your REQ troubles OP. Any time you encounter an issue where you go to open a pack and it gives you an error or tells you the pack has already been opened, don’t worry as you will get your items. All that happens here is that you skip the opening animation of the pack, the items still drop into your REQ inventory. You can hard reset your console or check your REQ inventory here on Waypoint
