The new cover art for Halo: Renegades which will release February 19th, 2019 appears to show Rion Forge accompanied by a forerunner armiger, I was a fan of the first book and I’m pretty excited to see this story continue and I’d like to hear everyone’s thoughts on the new book as well as the presence of the Armiger.

I personally believe that the forerunner ancilla recovered by Forge and crew in Smoke and Shadow may be in control of the armiger present on the cover, if so it’ll be interesting to see how they manage to find a husk for the A.I. to inhabit.

Judging from the Ace symbol on the tail, that’s Forge’s salvage ship The ace of spades although it does look a little bit modified from it’s portrayal on the previous novel.

Yeah check halopedia out this one releases in February and there’s one releasing in January

Nope, upon zooming in it looks like this is Rion’s own ship

In my opinion it still looks better and more forerunner than the ones in halo 5.

Yeah I’d have to agree that the forerunner soldier was giving me vibes from some other universe but I couldn’t quite pin it down. I feel like it also looks a little like Samuel Hayden from Doom (2016) except with a bit more of a face lol both art styles of Promethean’s look good to me, I’d say this one is a little bit more intimidating.
