My friend gifted me two Memories of Reach Packs and they never appeared in My Packs. But yet it notified him that they were sent. I have already contacted Xbox Support and they couldn’t solve my problem so if I could get some help from you guys that would be great!
If a 343 Admin could reply to me about how to fix this problem that would be very helpful.

Not very often at all. Unless its something big they wont help you.
