Could you clarify? Halo Reach ended with the glassing of the planet, so I’m not sure what other story you’d want told unless you want a game based on the novel Fall of Reach.
Halo Reach was a spinoff. It was a great game. But i really don’t think so. (I didn’t read the story of Reach), but as far as i know Reach is destroyed. So maybe there will be another spinoff at any time, but currently i prefer focussing on the main series.

Short answer: Not even by a long shot.
Long answer: The Planet ended glassed, full of radiation which makes the planet inhabitable. It was only by about the 2580s (I guess) that Reach could be terraformed and habitable again. And Halo games tend to take place in the 2550s. The possibility of a second Reach game is, undoubtfully, none.
