I’ve been trying to play Halo Reach for several days, but every time I start not letting me enter Machmaking, I’m Brigade level but in my profile appears as a recruit, does anyone know why that happens?

It sometimes does that with me as well its normal at times it would show every one as recruit but It will not change your rank that your at

I have a serious problem with credit bans I just got banned today for my second time but I have no idea why the only reason I can think of was quitting matches or something else I was in an infection game when it happened, but I would really like to know my account is DIATOMICLEMUR48 and I got the message in game along with a message saying if I quit to many matches i can’t go back into matchmaking the only other thing I can think of was yesterday I disconnected from Xbox live because it randomly does this without warning and it’s only on Xbox 360 games when it happens but anyways I was playing slayer and I disconnected from Xbox live kicking me from the match and I got a little bar on the right saying credit limit reached but it didn’t say offline or online I assumed it was offline because I disconnected from Xbox live and I could still earn credits afterwards. But maybe I was wrong and that’s why. But these stupid bans really need to stop because I love halo reach but not when I can’t level up

I just got banned from earning credits in halo reach as well. I am not sure why. everything was fine during the day but when i logged in at night it said that my system was banned from earning credits. this is crazy. i didn’t do anything wrong that I know of yet my entire system can’t earn anything. and im not the only one that has an account on that system. please fix this.
