Why does not my spartan armor update on Halo Waypoint?

I believe it stopped syncing a long time ago, like late 2014. It’s a feature that’s is no longer supported, IIRC.

would that be the same reason why if you find all the CEA Terminals and input the codes on waypoint you no longer get the 100k credits?

Quite possibly. Although I thought all credits went over to Halo 4 now. I could be wrong.
