Xbox one halo reach service record failure; Failed to download Service Record. The Halo Reach server is not available at this time. Please try again later. Is the error I get please can anyone help.
I have tried multiple fixes like, redownloading my Xbox account and other ways but nothing has helped, even the Microsoft team couldn’t help me so they forwarded me here so please could anyone help as I’d like to access my service record on Xbox one, this game is digitally bought and only been played on my Xbox one.

Does this happen often? I just came back to the game after several years and plan to play daily for awhile.

Awesome–good to know! I was going to try to progress some of my campaign commendations today but decided not to when I saw the server was down. Not sure if it will count them, and I don’t know what they’re at now so I have nothing to compare to afterward. I even checked Waypoint but it doesn’t look like you can see commendations from there either 
Same thing here too. Started last night, though it was my Xbox. Guess not.
Seems to be universal - recommend contacting 343i via social media for them to fix issue else this could the indirect way of saying it’s the beginning of the end for Reach if its intentional o_O

I’m assuming it has to do with the App being Shut Down. If someone could bring this to the Attention of a Moderator or Something… That’d be Great.
(Fyi the Commendations are Still adding up, i had 3 go up Yesterday. I just can’t check how many i Need for the Next rank now… Lol)

First time this has Happened IN GAME. Reach has been having Increasing Playability issues since March 2018 ish.
Being able to see Stats IN GAME should be a No-Brainer…
Probably has something to do with the stat app being shsh down on Waypoint recently.

Considering Waypoint and Reach are Connected … I hope they will Fix this Issue soon. It’s obviously not an In Game Issue, since The Commendations are still Adding up and being Rewarded. This Most DEFINITELY has to do with Waypoint, Specifically the Reach App, since ALL The other Games are displaying Stats FINE.
Been wondering the same thing hope this get fixed soon the least they can do is let you see progress on comedations and kill stats…

No clue. Just coming back to Halo since 2012 or so. Not good if they don’t value communication.
