So I just purchased my son the digital download of halo reach and it installed just fine. When we went to play it, it tries to launch and then goes to a screen that says " if you have game disc, insert it now. If you bought this online, make sure your signed into live. If you don’t have rights for playing it, get it at Xbox store. I have talked to Xbox support and done everything. We reset the Xbox, uninstalled and reinstalled the game and more. Xbox support told me to get on here and see if anyone knew what to do. Thanks!
Ummm, well one of things should have worked. I would uninstall and reinstall it but you already did that. So wait did you do that on the 360 or One?
They might have an issue with the download being associated with your Xbox Live ID. If you purchased it recently I would check that your credit card or PayPal fully processed it.
Yes, look at your Microsoft associated email, see if it sais you purchased it there
