Halo Reach won't show on my service record

When I look at my service record it says that I haven’t played halo reach even though I’m a mythic… Anyone know how to fix this?

Have you been playing Online or in Offline mode to reach mythic.

I suggest playing online too, may have been a hiccup when systems were switched. Same thing happened to me for Spartan Strike

I’m almost inheritor rank and my service record says I never played Reach, yet I can look at my stats.
