Hey OP - was this your first time connecting to Xbox Live? If it was then you would have hit something Bungie implemented to prevent players from boosting accounts offline. If you have have already been playing on Xbox Live then it’s likely just an issue with the servers. They have been up and down over the last few weeks, once issues are resolved your rank should come back again
