So I know you need waypoint on 360 to get the armor, which I have. I also have the armor unlocked… but only when I play Reach on my 360. If I play it on my One I no longer can use the armor. Any fixes for this?
Yeah i’m in the same exact boat here as well. Haven’t played reach in about a month and decided to play today only to find out my favorite CQB helmet relocking on me despite having it unlocked already. Hope this gets fixed quickly.

Might not be the solution but I’ll take a stab at it. On the Halo Reach tile, click “start” (or whatever that button is called on the Xbox One controller), click “Manage Game”, then it will take you to a separate screen. From there it will show you all associated downloads from that game. Click “Install all” and MAYBE it will work. Again, not sure. so don’t count on my word, just know this worked with my Sgt. Johnson on ODST and Recon for Reach. Hope this helps!
