I would love to see Reach released on the PC, alongside a Custom Edition with an expanded editing kit to allow for the creation of new multiplayer and single player maps and missions, with vehicles and weapons imported from other games and whatnot. It would be the best thing since… ever.
I think it’s the most desired out of pretty much all bungie halo’s (besides 3 since we never got to “finish the fight”) because it’s most similar to CE, with the return of health packs, a pistol that isn’t completely nerfed into the ground, and the fact that it’s a prequel so there’s no need to have played any of the games to understand the story, well 1 would help set up context I suppose.
tu and tuv7 would revitalize the community , many of us are still dedicated to the game even with default bloom(gross).
I would love for this to be a thing for the soul purpose of the bigger fan base. Halo Reach is a fantastic Halo game, my favorite and the best one out of them all in my opinion. The game still has a lot of players on Xbox one and Xbox 360 averaging from 6k-10k players. but a lot of the game modes are dead now. I would feel on PC the fan base would come back and give Halo Veterans like my self and many other people, to show their skill in a new setting with new people!
It would be a wonderful idea, but 343 being the company that it is, it has a 5% out of 100% chance of happening or even less or not at all.
I just wish they would realize how many more players they would get.

We’re slowly seeing more and more support for Halo on PC, so I’d definitely stay hopeful as it is possible.

Not forcing people to buy hardware they may not want in order to play a game that interests them isn’t enough? If you have a PC, you shouldn’t have to buy an Xbox as well.

Okay, if you wanna split hairs then yes, there are some others but they’re not mainstream Halo games. I said Halo CE and Halo 2 were on PC, the rest of those don’t exactly have big fan bases except Halo Wars and that’s because RTS games thrive on PC. When people say “I want Halo on PC” they’re talking about Halo 3 or think Halo 3, no Spartan Assault or Spartan Strike.
