Hello fellow Spartans, I’m looking for help. I recently installed Windows 10 on my laptop (Dell Latitude E5530 Intel Core i5, previously Windows 7 if it’s necessary) and I installed the MCC from the Microsoft store, along with Halo Reach. I launched it, my Xbox Live account is linked, but Halo Reach has been downloading for almost 2 days and it’s remained at 30% the whole time. Does anyone know if this is a bug/device issue, and if so how to fix it?
Since you mentioned that you recently just installed Win 10, I would recommend making sure you are up-to-date on all the Windows updates. I don’t really use the MS Store too often since I play most of my games on Steam (Including MCC). Cancelling the download and re-downloading the game might just be the best play from here unfortunately.
If the above doesn’t work i will recommend to open up a support ticket, the Microsoft store does have a-lot of issues.
Wow, a business laptop huh. I’d be interested to know how MCC performs on it if you get it working, good luck!

Well, it worked, thanks! the bad news is I pretty much can’t play it because of how laggy it is.

Darn, that’s too bad. If you have a dedicated graphics on your laptop, make sure it has the most up-to-date driver installed. Also, making sure your power plan is set to high performance mode could also help you get some more fps. Hopefully this helps squeeze out a few more frames
