I’m still experiencing the very unplayable low frame rate version of the game. Haven’t gotten the small update and I’ve saw a few people with the same problem. Since there’s no fix, I’m guessing this is just gonna be another “F*** you for wanting to play games!” from Microsoft or 343 or whatever.
Yes, the xbox one port is not working very well, go play Reach on 360 until they get a fix.

The issue itself is with the emulator that Halo Reach runs inside on the Xbox One, that falls under the domain of the backwards compatibility team at Xbox, not really anything to do with 343i. The released an update to the emulator last month I believe and will continue to push out updates as more games get added to this list
