As others may have seen, special armor from Halo Reach Legendary/Limited edition codes are inaccessible on the Xbox One port. For example, flames, recon helmet, or in my case, Elite Officer armor. If anyone know how to re-unlock these items, or has any other helpful suggestion, I’d appreciate it.
Edit: I was able to transfer it using an external flash drive.

You can either transfer all your files via a USB drive, or you can upload most content to cloud storage. Some items you need to check DLC under My Games and App, then manage game to see any extra content you can download
