Halo Reach service record

I have bought Halo Reach, but when i want to look at my old service record, Halo Waypoint says that i don’t own it (the same for Halo 3 and 3 ODST).
Why? How do i fix that? Please someone help!

First of all, this is in the wrong section. It should be in the support section.

Second, are you on a different gamertag?

That’s the issue then. Your Reach / ODST service record is only for your previous gamertag. If you have been using a different gamertag that hasn’t yet play Reach or ODST then your old service record stays under your old gamertag, while your new gamertag has a blank-slate record.

I got the same issue and I’m on a different gamertag but can’t play it since I’m on an Xbox One.
It better give me that game for free because I have obvious history that I’ve owned and played it, I have achievements for it on the account.

It’s not letting me look at it at all and I dk y I haven’t changed my gamer tag at all its stayed the same
