For some reason my Reach service record is not showing up on Halo Waypoint on Xbox 360 as it says loading error after buffering for a few minutes.
I have tried uninstalling halo waypoint then re downloading it, and even then it still does not work.
if anyone can help me that would be great as i need to unlock the 3rd attachment for the military police, however if i can unlock the attachment from here somehow that would also be a great help. Thanks!
I’m kind of having the similar problem with my spartan on reach and Halo 4. Those haven’t updated. It looks like a default spartan on reach and on Halo 4, I don’t have pink or red on.

If I’m not mistaken, 343i has dropped support for the Halowaypoint app on the 360, thus resulting in the lack of update to you stats; also meaning you can no longer unlock the 3rd attachment to the MP helm.

If you have changed gamertag since the last time you played on Xbox Live, then your stats will still be linked to your old tag. Load up the game and play some campaign or matchmaking and everything should sync up shortly afterwards
