I just realized that on Halo Waypoint, my service record for Halo: Reach is missing the appearance of my Spartan! Why is this happening!? I can’t show off my awesome gear to the very few people who happen to accidentally click on my profile!
I play Halo: Reach on the Xbox One (not the 360). Is this normal? Does the service record only show your Spartan’s appearance if you play Reach on the 360?
Anybody know?
The service record for Reach on Waypoint is for the 360 version of Reach and not the MCC version. The Spartan you see on that page stopped updating a few years ago.

I forgot to mention that I play the backwards compatible version of Reach, not MCC

Gotcha. Still, the Spartan on the Reach service record page does not update anymore. I wish it did! As of the last update to the page, my Spartan is wearing the default armor even though I’ve got a very cool set on my Spartan in the game itself

Same. I wish 343 would fix this!

It’s not something that needs fixing. They purposefully disabled nearly everything for Reach on HWP. If you really care about in-depth stats there’s legacy halotracker for that but do know that some things don’t work on that website. It’s barely managed and doesn’t allow you to sign in anymore.
