Help me please my Xbox one is telling me that the halo reach servers are down and i cannot play matchmaking or load in my service record, but i can play with friends in custom and campaign, also if i log in on a different xbox one i get all of my stuff

**New Response: Halo Reach servers have been really weird and laggy lately. In other places it can happen where the servers are down temporarily, it’s not like it’ll last forever. It’s not something we all haven’t seen before, we all must be use to it by now.**Restarting your Xbox may or may not help to get the servers back on. Sometimes it’s just s glitch your system server itself is glitches or just isn’t available at the moment. But eventually later you’ll get your ranks and stuff back. The Reach servers are on and off, so just be prepared for that. Yes sometimes it can ve frustrating and annoying, but in the meantime…all we can do is wait. Or play a different game and hop back on Reach later force check to see if the servers are back. This is just my experience and what I know that might and help you, if this is what you’re looking for as an answer or just advice of information. New Response: Yeah, you’re not the only one who gets the reaction like that. Then gets irritated and mad about it, and goes onto a different game in the meantime until you hear and see the servers come back up again. Most the time when the servers go down, many people will stay on reach and get to play matchmaking still. Some people just don’t like being Spartans and get off reach to play something else. All we can do is wait, nothing more nothing less.

Keep in mind they you want to tell 343i about these problems, and see if they can do anything about it. If they can’t do much about it, then go and talk to Microsoft Support about your module issue.If you cannot connect to server on your profile alone, it can mean that your profile is either glitched, or your system server id just failing and isn’t available synthetic moment on that profile. thank you everyone, i have tried to restart my xbox and it still didnt fix so i just havent touched my xbox for a while. been playing my Ps4
Not down for me however I have noticed the population counter is not there and that all playlists say 0 players found.

The same applies for 360, but I can then find some players. It might be my Internet though, hope I’m right.

I was saying that from a 360 standpoint too. I can find games no problem. I even hit the cR cap again yesterday but all I’m saying is strangely the counters are either not there or broken.

Well, that sucks. My guess is they are broken. Hope it’s fixed soon.

No change atm. Plus I looked around the net earlier and there were some people reporting similiar issues in mid-to-late 2016 so I guess that’s just how it is now. No more population tracking for now. Shame!
If there’s any hope though, last time I -Yoinked!- in a thread about broken feature (Highest H5 CSR on HW profiles), it was eventually fixed a day or so after I expressed that I’d given up all hope lol. So think positively I guess?

Well that sucks even more. But yeah, I think your right. But does this happens only in Reach? What about Halo 3 and Halo 4?
I hope the servers arent going down! I just started playing Reach again as one of my main games!
