Ok. So i always play firefight doubles with either my sister or a friend. The only reasons i play it are because it prefer just having the 2 of you and plus when i play normal 4 player firefight i lag too much. Im saying this because just yesterday they removed FF doubles along with a few other things with the new update and i don’t like it. So please 343 return FF doubles!
This was the last update before halo 4.
Gone playlists won’t return.
They reserved a special spot for it in custom games, and whats more is that in doing so, they gave you all these customizable options you can toy around with to make your FF Doubles experience that much more awesome!

The whole point of Doubles is MORE credits, LESS lag, LESS AFKers and the fact that Score attack is too short to earn anything more than 3k.
I earnt 7k in todays FF. Untold amounts of lag which meant I couldn’t even shoot straight as the bullets were 2 seconds behind. I averaged 11k in Doubles.
Bring it back. How many people have to post for 343i to listen??

They already announced that no playlists will be added to the game at this point.
Thankyou! Someone who has agreed with me. Same thing with me on FF anniversary. Ive only ever played this playlist once since it came on matchmaking because it lags far too much. And i dont play the other FF playlist because that lags too much aswell. FF doubles was perfect for me because i was having fun, Earning credits and commendations and not lagging !. Now it’s gone and they have ruined what i thought was good about reach
Why remove any of the playlists tho. Who cares if they were underpopulated. People may of changed their minds and wanted to go back on these playlists another time or may of wanted to stay on them. It was pointless. I don’t see why they did it. It’s more or less " Oh hey this is this last update that has no matter in reach so lets add it anyway and ruin the game everyone has loved how it was just because halo 4 is coming out soon!" That it what they have basically gone and done in my eyes. They will do the same to halo 4 no doubt. After the first year they will add pointless updates and ruin it

Removing certain playlists is done in an effort to concentrate more players into the other more-populated playlists. The playlists with low populations will be ghost towns when Halo 4 comes out, and 343 wants to ensure players will find matches even after Halo 4’s release.
Bungie did the same in Halo 3. You can’t have a billion playlists, as the population will be spread thin enough that you’ll never find any other players to play with.

Well couldn’t they wait until Halo 4 came out? There are still several months left to enjoy Reach, why make it hell for everyone? They don’t know that playlists which have a low population will drop since FF is full of AFKers who’ll jump onto Halo 4 the instant it is released whereas people who played dubs actually enjoyed the experience and played the whole game. I’m willing to bet Dubs would’ve had a higher population than FF when Halo 4 comes out.
Ive no idea if anyone in charge reads these forums or if 343i does, but i must say i was really disappointed they removed Firefight doubles, its one of the playlists i play most, some of my friends have bad connections but doubles is just the right size, and i play alot with family like my brother or my mom (nice ive got her into gaming, finally) however she would only play some campaign and firefight doubles as she felt thats all she can handle and got frustrated in 4 player with other players either getting the kills too quickly or messing around, now they have removed doubles, shes not inclinded to play which i think is a shame, took me ages to get her to play games anyway and now again shes not that interested.
firefight doubles always seemed better populated anyway, i really wish they would bring it back, or i can see at least 75% of my gaming on reach, with friends and family disappearing

The removed playlists did not sustain a healthy enough population to warrant keeping them. If FF Doubles was truly that popular, more players would be in it.

I’m curious as to why you would “quote for truth” and then make an argument against something. Do you think it’s true, but still disagree, or do you not know what QFT stands for?
Firefight doubles was the best play list and the only that wanted to be played without lagging and without others… just 2 people killing grunts, elites…
Why is it gone?
I don’t wanna play in Multiplayer because there are only betrayers and if you are a German, they offend you very often (I don’t wanna name details)! And therefore I hate playing Multiplayer!
Halo was getting worse since 343 came, so I will tell anyone not to play Halo!
That’s another (and the last) reason why I definetely will stop playing Reach from now!
FF Doubles being removed is the only thing I have an issue with… No more FF commendations for me. Owell.

I don’t know what you’re talking about. I believe you should think about what you’re going to say, note it in notepad, edit a good well structured sentences or paragraph and then get back to me. I don’t think I was confusing.
