i use to love halo reach, i got to mythic/ noble but then when i re bought the game to play on my xbox one, it’s reset me? does any know why it’s happned/ anything i can do to get my progress back? i was a clean player and never cheated or boosted so there’s no reason i’d get reset for that. thanks
There’s the potential that it was just an issue connecting to servers and it will fix itself the next time you play. Alternatively, if you used to play offline and only started online play when your moved to the X1, then Bungie had some protections in place to prevent players from taking levelled accounts online so you would be reset to a lower rank and have to unlock all the armour again

thanks man, it’s not the offline thing cause i’ve always played online so i’m hoping it was just the servers
I just had the same issue. I logged in and I went from Mythic to Brigadier General. I can’t access any of my DLC either
