I saved up 120,000 req points and I bought the req pack, but then the game suddenly crashed and I lost the req points and I got nothing from the pack. Is there anyway this issue can be resolved?
If it took your credits then you will still have the pack, all that happens is that it skips the opening animation of the pack. I did not receive the items. Even after a hard reset.
Check in “open pack” , sometimes are there!
