The Halo Reach experience on the Xbox One/X isn’t satisfying, its fps goes down, to 20 fps. And it has a filter that makes me cry if I look at it too much, not because it’s bad, because its intense on a 1080p/4k screen
The experience on a One/X is the exact same as the one on 360 save for more consistent frame rates. The only times there are major drops are during Arcade Firefight when there are tons of enemies and explosions all around.
With as popular as Halo Reach is, maybe we’ll see an anniversary release in 2020. We’ll see what happens
I wouldn’t trust anyone other than bungie to remaster such a gem
Please let this be a thing I loved halo reach so much

Why not? The folks who worked on Halo 2 Anniversary did a great job and Bungie was not part of the group working on it.

That’s your opinion, which I respectfully disagree with.

Fair enough. But my point is that Bungie doesn’t have to be the one making/remastering the game. I’m no 343i fanboy and I absolutely loved Bungie’s games, but seeing their current reputation and the way Destiny 1 and 2 are being handled doesn’t exactly get me excited like it used to.
Granted, a lot of that comes from Activision’s mismanagement, but Bungie decided to throw away their motto of independence in favor of being ruled by a notorious publisher. Microsoft wasn’t an angel either, but I can’t imagine they were worse. It’s also hard to say how the relationship between the two would work in the current gaming culture based on a relationship that officially ended last decade. Hope that makes my point clear.
