Occasionally, the lift on Reflection launches me into the ceiling, killing me. Note that this only occurs on very poor connection.
Update: This also occurs on stable connection and will also kill if launched into the lift platform above you.
It is almost certainly an effect from the glitch in MCC reach that causes players and AI to bounce on platforms moving upward.
I think that’s a known issue.
