I am recruiting for The Arcticus Empire Infantry and Cavalry branches. We don’t follow any raid rules and we are very aggressive so if you want a lot of action this the right clan for you. If you are interested send me your discord.

Hey OP, I’m not sure what game you’re coming here to this forum from but these games don’t support clans like Halo 2 did. Perhaps try the halo 5 forum? I haven’t played it but can only assume that’s the game you’re looking for that has clan-specific playlists.
I am Tul Juran, the Imperial Admiral in our bloodline The Saints of Hell (Sangheili). If you are interested in joining then please message my gamertag on xbox one, Hows Dem Apples. Thank you.

Any multiplayer game can have clans. Back in the days of Halo 3, you would frequently come across groups of players with similar gamertags and/or emblems, indicating that they were part of a clan.

My apologies, I play on the 360 and this must be a feature on the XB1. I just checked halotracker and there is no record of any clan playlists or leaderboards, how do I access these, do I need to join a clan first?

Of course there wouldn’t be any records of them because they weren’t official like that. They were official in their own way such as similar gamertags and the same emblems, as I said.

So they’re official in your eyes, but not official in regards to actual stat-tracking sites that record every game of Reach played? Please, tell me more about these supposed “clans” that exist…

Correction, they are official in the eyes of the people who create them. You may laugh and sneer at them because they are not “stat-tracking” official, but they were around, and I can quite happily tell you more.
As I said previously, it wasn’t uncommon to come across groups of people who had similar gamertags or emblems, indicating that they were part of a group or a clan. Some clans were more strict than others and more militant (I always laughed at this recruitment process) whereas others were more easy going and allowed almost anybody to join. It also wasn’t uncommon either to see many of the people in party chat, though there were some instances where the people would be in game chat. After matches, people who had been matched up against a clan, would normally receive a message directly asking if that player would like to join them or would receive a message that was sent out to all recent players which was pretty much just an advertisement and who to send a message to if you wanted to join. Some clans cared about K/D ratio, but the more easy-going ones didn’t really, and just wanted to get their numbers up.

Yeah I get messages asking if I want to join clans all the time, just a few days ago like you mentioned the message said ”military based clan” or something similar. No clue what that even means.
Again, as I stated earlier in the thread, this game does not support clans in any way. With zero clan-based playlists nor even a mention of clans anywhere I find it hard to believe that this is even a question. I was in a clan back in the days of halo 2 but unfortunately can’t recall any details. I’ll assume that it featured ranking up like other playlists and there were leaderboards of some sort, but I could be wrong. What’s the point of a clan if not to be better than other clans? Correct me if I’m wrong, but even were a full party of 8 to invite a competing party of 8 to a btb lobby then search, there’s no guarantee that the teams created by MM would consist of the original 8 vs the new.
What you’re describing is simply adding people to your friends list and playing games with them, pretty much everybody does that.
Get a life
Is this for Reach? If so would you be interested in a raid at some point?
