I just started playing reach again and im using xbox 1 for it and ive been playing for like 3 days and today when yestreday when i got on it said i was recruit but when i pressed start it showed my rank and credits and everytime i play multiplayer everyone is recruit and is the color black and has the same emblem ive restarted my xbox uninstalled the game and it still doesnt work can someone plz help me

Also when i go play online i can only earn the max of 1000 credits because it says max credit limit reached WHY TF DOES IT DO THIS I JUST WANT TO PLAY
